Testimonials:

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Ritnika at Downtown Music Holdings, and prior to that at CD Baby. Ritnika is an influential and passionate professional who demonstrates great care and the ability to manage complex projects. She was able to create a successful market for our services in India with few resources and little supervision. Ritnika’s experience as an educator and advocate for indie artists enables her to deliver solutions and opportunities convincingly to her clients. Her enthusiasm, warm nature, and professional style make her a pillar of any team. Whether in a leadership position or in a collaborating role, you can count on Ritnika to produce outstanding results.”

Heli Del Moral, Vice President- New Markets, Downtown Music 2022

“Ritnika has an excellent understanding of the music business so is able to strike a balance between artiste expectations and music label requirements. She is very personable, easy to get along with and enthusiastic about what she does. An asset to any organisation or artiste.”

Atul Churamani, Vice President, Saregama India Ltd., May 21, 2009

“Ritnika is a very ambitious and aware person who possess many talents, her managerial multi tasking skills are very commendable particularly as she has successfully managed to build a business in a male dominated music industry in India where there are presently no rules or boundaries. She also has a very bubbly, friendly personality and a very positive attitude that are all very important traits for attaining success in presently a very difficult business environment.”

Safta Jaffery, MD, Taste Music Ltd, U.K. , April 14, 2009

“We met at the Musexpo Conference in LA in 2008 and have stayed in touch since. Ritnika has a real drive and energy about her, and a tireless commitment to developing a real platform for independent Indian artists. She is one of a handful of people on the ground that I look to for a real insight into the sub-scenes in Delhi, Mumbai and elsewhere. Any Indian media organisation who takes future plurality in the music and entertainment industries seriously needs someone like Ritnika on their team.”
